Ernst Veen: ‘A total of 50 employees work on a daily basis with our clients to develop the best solution for the end user. We really play an advisory role and help organisations in sectors such as MKB, care, education, industry, and finance to optimise their IT. This is a highly diverse package, from implementation to management. Since we’ve made the change from box-pusher to sparring partner, we’ve achieved considerable growth. Furthermore, we’ve also become a partner of Microsoft. This partnership has given us more opportunities for sales and marketing, such as outsourcing telemarketing to a specialist, for instance. Microsoft has brought us into contact with Computer Profile for that purpose. Telemarketing isn’t our core business and Computer Profile has proved itself to be the top partner on the market in this field. It’s essential first to sit down with each other for talks in order to achieve the best possible results. We expressed our desires during that session. When Computer Profile was aware of whom we wanted to approach in which branch, the professionals from Computer Profile helped us with target group segmentation and screening. They advised us about current market developments and where there were opportunities amongst the target group. During the campaign, we have kept in regular contact with our contact person and we are constantly refining our operation.’
